Description

Enjoy a delightful treat with these White Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, featuring fresh strawberries filled with a creamy white chocolate cheesecake mixture. Perfect for any occasion, these bite-sized desserts are both visually appealing and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped white chocolate. Microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it’s completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat it, as white chocolate can burn easily.
  2. Once melted, set the bowl aside to cool slightly while we prepare the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until it’s smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
  5. Next, add the vanilla extract and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Beat again until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Pour the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Mix on low speed until fully combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  7. In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Using a clean electric mixer, beat the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate cream cheese mixture using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  9. Place the hulled and halved strawberries cut side up on a serving platter or cupcake tray.
  10. Fill each strawberry half with the white chocolate cheesecake filling using a piping bag or small spoon.
  11. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture, if desired.
  12. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
  13. Cover the assembled strawberries with plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or 2-3 hours for enhanced flavor.
  15. Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and take off the plastic wrap.
  16. Arrange them on a serving platter or individual dessert cups.
  17. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top or sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs for an extra touch.
  18. Serve immediately and enjoy!
