A fun and festive Valentine’s Day dip shaped like a booty! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, this dip is sure to be a conversation starter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (optional, but highly recommended!)
  • 1 large red bell pepper, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping

Instructions

  1. Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Microwave in 15-20 second intervals if needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer or spoon until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix into the bowl and gently fold until evenly distributed.
  4. Add green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon (if using). Gently fold in until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer) to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Cut the red bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes.
  7. Spoon the chilled dip into the red bell pepper halves, filling completely and mounding slightly. Smooth the surface.
  8. Arrange sliced black olives along the top of the dip in a “thong” shape.
  9. Lightly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, focusing on the area around the olives.
  10. Chill the assembled dip for another 15-20 minutes.
  11. Arrange tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables around the dip on a serving platter.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
