A fun and festive Valentine’s Day dip shaped like a booty! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, this dip is sure to be a conversation starter.

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (optional, but highly recommended!)
- 1 large red bell pepper, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping
Instructions
- Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Microwave in 15-20 second intervals if needed.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer or spoon until smooth.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix into the bowl and gently fold until evenly distributed.
- Add green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon (if using). Gently fold in until evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer) to allow flavors to meld.
- Cut the red bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes.
- Spoon the chilled dip into the red bell pepper halves, filling completely and mounding slightly. Smooth the surface.
- Arrange sliced black olives along the top of the dip in a “thong” shape.
- Lightly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, focusing on the area around the olives.
- Chill the assembled dip for another 15-20 minutes.
- Arrange tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables around the dip on a serving platter.
- Serve and enjoy!
