- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Optional: jalapeños, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Follow package instructions for pre-baking the pizza crust if using store-bought. If homemade, roll out on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza stone or lined baking sheet.
- Evenly spread the refried beans over the pizza crust.
- Pour and spread the taco sauce over the refried beans.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the taco sauce.
- Distribute the cooked ground beef or turkey evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle another ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Dice the tomatoes, shred the lettuce, slice the black olives, and dice the red onion. Slice jalapeños if using.
- Dice the avocado and set aside, optionally sprinkling with lime juice to prevent browning.
- Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes after baking.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, diced red onion, and avocado over the pizza.
- Drizzle sour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro and add jalapeños if desired.
- Cut into wedges, typically 8 slices.
- Enjoy fresh with extra taco sauce or salsa on the side.

- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences. You can add other ingredients like corn, bell peppers, or different types of cheese.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add more vegetables or beans.
