  • 1/4 cup coconut water (plus more to adjust consistency)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed is best!)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
  • Fresh strawberries and coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add the frozen strawberries, shredded coconut, coconut cream, coconut water, lime juice, agave nectar (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Blend: Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Check Consistency: Pour into a glass. If too thick, add more coconut water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave/maple syrup, or tanginess with more lime juice, as needed.
  5. Add Ice (Optional): If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  6. Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries and coconut flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.

  • For best results, use a high-speed blender.
  • Adjust sweetness and tanginess to your personal preference.
  • If using fresh strawberries, add a few ice cubes for an icy texture.
