- 1/2 cup frozen acai berry puree (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup white grape juice (or apple juice for a less sweet option)
- 1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed is best!)
- 1 teaspoon green coffee bean extract powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia or other sweetener (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Optional garnishes: fresh strawberries, lime wedges, mint sprigs
Instructions
- Combine Frozen Fruits: In a high-powered blender, add the frozen strawberries and frozen acai berry puree.
- Add Liquids: Pour in the white grape juice (or apple juice) and water.
- Boost the Flavor (and Energy!): Squeeze in the fresh lime juice. Add the green coffee bean extract powder, if using.
- Sweeten to Taste (Optional): Add stevia or your preferred sweetener, if desired.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend everything together until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Consistency:
- If too thick, add water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- If too thin, add more frozen strawberries or a small amount of ice and blend again.
- Taste and Adjust: Make any final adjustments to the flavor (more lime juice, sweetener, etc.).
- Fill Glasses with Ice: Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Strawberry Acai Base: Pour the blended mixture over the ice.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries, lime wedges, mint sprigs, or acai berries. Serve immediately.
