Description
Refreshing and calming iced chamomile tea, sweetened with honey and garnished with lemon. Easy to make and offers numerous health benefits.

- 4 cups water, filtered
- 4 chamomile tea bags (or 4 teaspoons loose leaf chamomile)
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste, adjust for sweetness)
- 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
- Optional: Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Remove from heat and add chamomile tea bags (or loose leaf). Ensure tea bags are fully submerged.
- Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags (squeezing gently) or strain loose leaf tea. Discard tea bags or loose leaves.
- While the tea is still hot, add honey and stir until dissolved. Adjust to taste.
- Let the tea cool slightly at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour chilled chamomile tea over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs (optional).
- Serve immediately.

- Use high-quality chamomile tea for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Get creative and add other fruits or herbs like berries, peaches, cucumber, lavender, or rosemary.
- Double or triple the recipe for larger batches.
