  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for garlic butter)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound thick chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Season Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat Chicken: Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cheese Base: Spread 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet.
  5. Place Chicken: Place seasoned chicken on top of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cheese Topping: Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
