- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Let the seasoned steak sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes to form a crust, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and cover with foil to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the fresh thyme and rosemary, allowing them to infuse for about 1 minute.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter in a single layer.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the steak bites.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
