Creamy and refreshing homemade lemonade with fresh lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. A sweet and tangy twist on a classic!

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons, depending on size)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups water, cold
- Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Juice the lemons: Juice the lemons to get 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Remove any seeds.
- Combine ingredients: In a large pitcher, pour in the fresh lemon juice and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
- Whisk vigorously: Whisk the lemon juice and condensed milk together until they are completely combined and there are no lumps of condensed milk remaining.
- Add water gradually: Slowly pour in the cold water, about 1 cup at a time, while continuing to whisk.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness to your liking. If it’s too tart, add a little more sweetened condensed milk, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired sweetness. If it’s too sweet, add a little more lemon juice or water.
- Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes, or even better, for an hour or two.
- Prepare your glasses: Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour and garnish: Pour the chilled creamy lemonade into the glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
- Serve immediately: Serve the creamy lemonade immediately and enjoy!

- Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
- For a vegan version, substitute the sweetened condensed milk with sweetened condensed coconut milk or another plant-based condensed milk alternative.
- Experiment with adding a splash of other fruit juices, such as strawberry, raspberry, or mango, for a unique twist.
- Substitute some of the water with sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy lemonade.
