- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Press the Tofu: Remove tofu from packaging and drain excess liquid. Wrap in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, place a heavy object on top, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the Tofu: Unwrap the tofu and cut it into wing-sized pieces (about 1-inch thick strips or triangles).
- Set Up Your Breading Station: In three separate bowls, prepare your breading station:
- In the first bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In the second bowl, pour in the unsweetened plant-based milk.
- In the third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the Tofu: Dip each piece of tofu into the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally coat it in the breadcrumbs. Repeat for all pieces.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil. Arrange the breaded tofu wings in a single layer.
- Bake the Tofu: Drizzle the tops with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the Buffalo Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of hot sauce with 2 tablespoons of melted vegan butter. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Coat the Wings: Once baked, remove the tofu wings from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat.
- Return to the Oven: Place the coated wings back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Prepare the Platter: Arrange fresh celery sticks around the edges of a serving platter and serve the buffalo tofu wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
