  • 1 medium apple, cored and diced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 1 medium pear, cored and diced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup club soda or ginger ale (for a little fizz)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, pour in the entire bottle of dry white wine.
  2. Add the apple cider to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the brandy.
  4. Add the orange liqueur and stir gently to combine all the liquids.
