◾Required Ingredients :

1. Butter  = 500 g 
2. Sugar  = 500 g
3. White rice flour  = 250 g
4. The eggs  = 5
5. Bread flour  = 250 g
6. Baking powder  = 1 table spoons.
7. Vanilla  = 1 table spoons.

➨  How to prepare :

Mix rice flour, bread flour and baking powder and sift through a sieve. Beat butter and sugar lightly , Then add the eggs one by one and beat well until the sugar dissolves.Add the flour and butter little by little to the mixture so that it does not freeze, add the vanilla and mix well. 

On a tray lined with greaseproof paper , Add the mixture and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. 

Once set to the desired size, enjoy the delicious Butter Cake.
